Get the one that has the passenger compartment that fits you best. Back in 03 when I bought my truck I wanted a rig that me and my buddies could fit in to go on Fishing and riding trips. At the time only the Ford Crew Cab would fit 4 of us big guys in comfort. I tow heavy in the western Mountains of the US. That meant Diesel. 12 years later the truck still runs great (yes it is a 6.0).
Drive em all, sit in all the seats. can you sit there for hours or is it going to drive you nuts? How are the controls? can you see them at night? remember you are going to spend a ton of time behind the wheel going places. The cab better suit your style.
