One other issue for me is seat comfort, specifically lumbar support. I notice that the Ford SuperDuty comes with manual lumbar adjustment standard in even the base XL model, and is quite comfortable (but that model doesn't have a rear view camera option). Wish the F-150 XL had that; I don't find the base seats very comfortable. The XLT has manual lumbar standard, but typically they have the option package with power seats. The regular package is a good deal but most of the ones I see have the expensive one.
I find the base Ram seats more comfortable even without adjustable lumbar, but it's hard to tell how it will be long-term. You pretty much have to get a Big Horn to get it, but that adds a lot of stuff and cost I don't need.
