Time to Develop a Solution for Scissor Stairs (Bigfoots)

Having just returned from a nice weeklong camping trip, the Mrs. has declared that the stairs on our Bigfoot 2500 10.6 camper have got to go. They are just too dangerous when carrying our twin girls ...

Note that the demonstrations show stair configurations with the camper off of the truck. Jack up the camper and put it on the truck and the designs will not be all that safe. No way would I want to go up any of them trying to carry anything especially kids.
