I'm assuming your sofa is the same as the one we have with the air mattress. Both of our DSs have slept on it and declared it really comfy.
That is certainly great to hear. We don't expect to have sleepover guests but if we do we know that they will be comfortable between the king-sized dinette and the sofa bed, thanks to your confirmation.

Your bedroom looks pretty much the same other than the wardrobes, which we had no need for. We do have a narrow one on each side of the bed and that is perfect for us.
Well after camping in our popup and then our HTT with clothes all over the place (popup) or on the other bed (HTT) we had to have a wardrobe. This one has several including the slideout wardrobe, so we have gone to the other extreme. It is all good though since it can be used otherwise also.

You are absolutely going to LOVE that garden shower! You can actually turn around and everything!!
I am fully expecting that. I even went out and got the obligatory Oxygenics BodySpa today so that is the first mod. Can't do without my Oxygenics!

Love the dinette you have. We have the standard style, but slightly larger than our ROO. We very rarely have more than the 2 of us, but the smidge larger makes having an extra or two for a meal more comfortable.
Same here, although sometimes we camp with another couple and they come over for dinner, so now we should all be able to sit at the table.

We miss the openness of the HTT, but both your new TT and ours have so many windows that it's not like being in a box....
So, enjoy!, congrats and make lots of happy memories.
Thanks again and we are looking forward to it.
By the bye, the new owners called me today to say that their trip back home to NC was going great and they are still over the moon at having got our baby. I was go happy to hear that. I told them that we wanted pictures when they take their planned October camping trip. Looking forward to that also.
