Well after having owned our Jayco Jay Feather 17Z for a tad over 3 years, we have decided to move on (I know better than to say "move up" on these forums :) ) We will be getting a Flagstaff Super Lite...

In taking a peek at the newer FR brochure, it looks like they have discontinued our 2604 and only the 2604WS with the larger wardrobe like you have is available. But they have something very similar to ours - can't remember the number - but it's pretty much just flip flopped with the kitchen in the front and the bedroom in the rear, as I recall. IIRC, fewer window$. If we had made that 2604WS choice, the wardrobe space in our TT would have been larger than in our MBR. The genius that designed our house put 2 huge walk-in closets in the secondary bedrooms and a marginal-at-best closet in the MBR. DH added shelving and I hit the organizer dept at Walmart. Also a floor standing, 5 drawer unit for both or us.....can't buy more clothes because I have no place to put them. DUH!
The young couple that bought our ROO received it on a Monday afternoon and said they were leaving on the following Sunday for the beach. We almost had a stroke! They must have been able to move at the speed we could at their age, because they were prepared, had done Camp Driveway a couple of nights and had a great time. Sent pix. The pix made me a bit sadder than actually leaving it in their driveway, but know it has a good home. Even before they bought it, they had already started an addition on their garage to store their RV, whatever it might be. They bought it sight unseen, just a zillion pictures and emails. When we met them at the bank, we assumed they'd want to at least walk through before they closed, but nope! Signed, sealed and THEN they got a look at their purchase. They were so excited and said it was so much more than they dreamed even with all the pix and emails.
Couple of quick extras.....your emergency window....they told us DO NOT PULL THAT LEVER!!! It's designed to drop straight to the ground and according to the tech, cannot be replaced. Maybe that is something that is a back to the factory thing, but meanwhile we keep the day shade down on that one just as a reminder.
Showed DH your pix and he's impressed....as well he should be, right? But we're concerned about something.....going from your cozy 17 to this palace, are you going to need a map to find your way around???
Also, what time is dinner??? What can I bring?? Happy camping!
I really do have to make some changes in our digital photo frame because it's all ROO and our great times. Time to add Rocky to the mix.
