As for the floor plan look for Bunkhouses. Keystone Sprinter is one. KZ Sportsman is another.

Just bought a Sprinter. Love it. Double slide out provides an 8 x 14 private apt. Foldout queen couch, Fold down Dinette. Two fold up upper bunks. Lots of atorage accross the back wall.
