For the most part they all use the same appliances, furniture, faucets, stereos, windows, ets. They will all have 0-20 problems in the 1st year.
Decide whether you want a fiberglass sided TT or corrugated aluminum. Look for your desired floorplan. Offer 30% off MSRP. Say your prayers and hope you didn't get a lemon. It's not rocket science.
Opinions on best brands will be all over the place.
You might want to go to brand specific forums and see what types of issues those brands are having. I've joined 4 brand forums because I want to follow trends in those forums since the DW and I are looking to upsize in a couple years. Some of the brands that members on here say are the best are wrought with as many problems as others. That's why I say pick you fav floorplan and colors. The rest is a **** shoot.
