Congrats on your decision to buy a new TT! It will be exciting, especially with small kids! we just bought one last year and have only had time to use it twice this year due to work. All these posts have great guidance for you to make this difficult decision.... but one point I didn't see posted that we learned will save you a lot of money is to find a new 2015 model left over rather than a 2016 which are all in stock now! Find the right brand, size and especially floor plan that you love and then find a 2015! You will save thousands now at the end of the model year! You might even find a new 2014 leftover and save even more.. we saved over 40% off msrp by buying a 2014 last November-- same time of year. The dealer had 2 identical Bullet 285RLS TT models.. one a 2014 and the other a 2015. They were only priced $2000 apart, but we got them to take another $3000 off the 2014 for a total additional $5000 off their "sale" price They wouldn't budge on the 2015.. They are paying interest on their inventory and are motivated to clear the previous year models right now! And sales in November and December are the slowest of the year-- so they will make a MUCH better deal than in the Spring when everyone is out buying. Try it-- makes a lot of sense and saved us enough to completely outfit the TT with all the gear you will find you need and pay for a year or two of campgrounds! One more thing-- Please thank your hubby for his service to our country then and now! My son was in the Marines and served in Iraq also! Good luck and have fun!
