I just bought a new TT yesterday that sounds very similar to what you might be looking for. We chose a 2016 Cruisers RV VS28BHOB.It's overall length is 31.5', double slide out, one for the dinette/couch and one for the kitchen and has a center island (my wife really likes), outside kitchen, enclosed front bedroom, double bunks in back, elec fireplace, 32" TV, outside door in the bathroom, and weighs only 5800 lbs dry. Aluminum framed, fiberglass sides and nose piece.
I learned that all of the major builders have many different brands that have upscale RVs and entry level brands. In our search, I liked upscale Jayco trailers an Cruiser RV. Most of the cheaper brands were poorly built and it really showed in the interior construction.
Today, I think you can expect discounts of about 35% from msrp on most brands.
Hope to you find what you want. The more I looked the better educated I became but also the more confused! For us, even though it was more than I wanted to spend, we knew within minutes we found the right one. Good luck.
