Look at the second picture. It says Westlake on the sidewall. Westlake ST tires came with my TT and enclosed car trailer, both of which I bought new. I have around 10K towing miles on them and *knock on wood* so far no problems.
Here's another thing I've always wondered about trailer tires: When the RV is delivered from the factory, I highly doubt the delivery truck is sticking to 65 mph or less. Imagine the typical 1K+ mile delivery range from the manufacturer to dealer at 80 mph, and the tires may already be seriously compromised before you buy it.
