All is normal and one of the main reasons experienced trailer owners and industry expert recommend a tire used in a trailer position use max sidewall pressures...this helps hold the tires tread internal belts together as the tire is side scrubbing (sliding sideways) in those conditions.
Next time your in camp watch other multi axle trailers tires make those sharp turns going forward or backing up.
