I'll throw my 2 cents in. If the tires you are looking at are made in China, move on. I will suggest Maxxis tires which can be ordered online. They are more expensive than the ones you're looking at now, but as someone said, what's safety worth? Type in "China Bombs" in the search box and you'll find 5 pages of not good stuff about them.
What ever you decide to go with, make sure they're balanced and install steel valve stems.
