- kellertx5erExplorerOP was asking about tires with a 65 profile. BenK, your example is nowhere near that, more like a 25.
- BenKExplorer'P' rated and very low profile is more sensitive to PSI, IMHO...of
course 'LT' class sensitive to PSI too...
Here are some pictures taken a few years ago...the lady had called her auto
club for a tow. Taught my kid some HOW2's on tire PSI and possible
failures...how it fails, etc
Asked, and she blame her husband for lowering the pressure...she complained
about 'ride quality' and he 'fixed it'....and appears to be lowering the PSI
Don't know how much, but enough to blow this from her drive from SF to my city
about 30 miles away...at freeway speeds
So be careful how low you go in PSI...
We have mandated TPS by the government because of the Ford/Firestone tire
PSI lowered for "ride quality" roll over deathsyukonblowntire shreddedtire

- Campfire_TimeExplorerWhy bother? They'll take up to 51 PSI. Run them at 51 when towing, but no less than 45. They'll be fine.
- Ohio_EngineerExplorerCheck out this Toyo publication. I believe the GY tires have same numbers.
