Tire Pressure - but wait... a different question!

This came up at work. Thought I would post to see what others thought. When setting the tire pressure, do you set it when the truck is loaded or when it is empty. I'm assuming empty but a co-wo...

Good point. Fact is when you check it at home it is way off anyway!!!
