How many of you that are over the weight rating on your tires have had a blowout due to being over weight? I see a lot of people always recommending going with 18", 19.5" or 20 inch rims. So how...

I know they had issues with their ST tires a few years back.
They say they should be good for 6 years but I'm sure that's in ideal conditions.
Actually the first one was a Goodyear Marathon. The next two were I believe Tow Masters. I have Maxxis on it now. And replaced the G/Ys with Maxxis on the other TT. no problems with them, either on the last TT, or this one. These will be 4 years old this summer. They are coming off.
