Tire replacement before trip, would you?
The westlake tires on my RV are 4 years old in November. We are headed to Atlanta in 3 weeks for a 9 day trip. I have checked the tires and there are zero cracks or bulges and they tires are wearing...

Have them checked professionally. After having a tire separate that was 4 years old on the way to a camping trip (which cancelled the whole trip), we now have ours inspected professional at the start of every camping year. This year during that inspection, they found one of the tires beginning to separate so they replaced it free of charge. Now we feel confident for the remaining trips we have this year. In my opinion, better safe than sorry.
