Indeed. By the time that I do NOT pay someone to rotate my tires maybe 4 times in their expected 7 year life, that will more than pay for a new spare too.

By the way, I do NOT pay anyone to rotate my tires either. Never have. It just cost me a little time and energy while giving me a chance to inspect the suspension system along with under carriage. To me, it's time well spent. ;)
I agree with 3oaks. Rotate 'em if you want. Don't rotate 'em if you don't want. I can't imagine there is any harm done by rotating trailer tires. Half the stuff people talk about doing on this forum is not necessary. But it's usually not harmful either.
Two pages of responses and only one person attempted to answer the OP. Everybody else just chimed in with unsolicited advice. Including me. :)
