The right side is where the kitchen is and some heavy items are loaded there, including case of water, case of beer, etc.

This. Plus.... Now if you had some side wind from left to right the right side tires can be running with more weight than the left side.
Side wind usually (south or north) is a big deal out here in the flat lands.
Dump the water and etc but save the beer.
