Well a little update on the tale of the tow masters.
We got a call from the rental company and they have returned our $1000.00 deductible as their attorneys agreed the damage was not neglect and the fault of a defective tire. They are going after Discount for the damage on the 4 rental units caused by tire failure on the same weekend and replacement of an additional 90 tires in their rental fleet.
The good news is we are out of it with no financial loss other than my son and his family are now hooked on camping and are looking for a travel trailer.:S
