Do you negotiate when buying four new tires? Or do you just accept the price the dealer gives you? Jack L

I always try to negotiate. Some tire stores give their sales people more authority than others. I will make an offer, including stems and balance. Depending the outcome of my offer, I may just leave, unless I get a good counter offer.
It makes a difference, on how bad I need the tires at the time.
