Titan XD Towing with the 5.6 V8

Yes anw7405, I really do not to go up to a 3/4 ton if not really necessary. Four the next 4-5 years it will be my daily vehicle for 98% of the time. Once retired, then hopefully we will be towing a lot more often. Have enjoyed our current Titan a lot as it tows our 7,500 lb. TT easily. The few times I've noticed any tendency to sway are with swift crosswinds pushing our 32' TT which could happen with any truck. We used to pull with a '99 F250, but it was a beast to park & our in current garage it would not fit at all! I also know enough to limit what we tow to well under our payload and max towing ratings. Ride comfort is important, MPG while towing always sucks but I've learned to expect that. And as far as looks go, to each their own! Ksss may not agree, but I find the beefy XD version pretty appealing.


Thanks for all the feedback! I will be test driving a new F250 gasser soon, but am leaning heavily toward another Nissan.
