title or registration not needed for used travel trailer?

A travel trailer has a state or provincial plate, it may be a one time registration like here in quebec
But when you sell you have to transfer the registration ( this is a security you know you are buying from the owner)
Here in quebec TC are registered the pickup plate goes for the camper
You may have to pay a sale taxe
