I have a question about "RV" toilet paper. Is it really necessary to use RV approved toilet paper in my truck camper? Do you guys use it or do you just use the same toilet paper that you use at home...

Due to having crohn's disease I consider myself a connoisseur of TP. When we went to single ply cheapy TP in the camper I realized I hate it. So what are some less abrasive options?
I read that some just use the same old stuff from home but I do get hesitant to go with the thicker stuff.
