Toneau covers

I love my bakflip g2, my last 3 trucks have had them. Hard folding cover that fold up against the window if needed to have full bed access.

We tested the TonnoPro HardFold and found it to be a great cover for many, but just too limiting. In order to use the whole bed it needs to be removed, and it's a hassle to remount it. We also found that on rough terrain it tended to move around.

The BakFlip FiberMax is a better choice. You can flip it up and access the whole bed, or flip it back to a flat position and still tow and access most of the bed. It's durable, and so far we haven't had it slide around on us.

I prefer the rolling vinyl covers over tri-fold because they offer more bed access and self storing. I had an Access Cover Limited on my last pickup which lasted my 8.5 years before selling to my brother who still has it.

Yes, with the cover rolled all the way in you can easily see the hitch and pin. I have a white mark painted on the center of the hitch plate and a white mark painted on the center of the pin box plate so I can see out the rear window and line up those two marks when hitching.

Normally I leave the cover rolled in when towing. But if I have something in the bed in front of the hitch I want hidden or keep the wind from buffeting it, I roll the cover back near the hitch to hide it, leaving enough room for the pin box to rotate without hitting it.

I have a Undercover Flex on my F-150, its a tri-fold and it will keep everything 98% dry. Depending on your bed size will determine if you have to fold two or three sections to access your fifth wheel hitch, if you need to fold three sections you will not be able to see your hitch while hooking up.

I love my Tri-Fold. Easy to deploy and over your bed and keep 99% of rain out. Fast and easy to fold up and give you immediate access to 2/3's of your bed. Only takes 2 minutes to completely remove if you need the full use of your bed.

I have a soft tri-fold. I didn't have the budget nor the need for a solid tri-fold, plus a lot of reviews mentioned more water infiltration with the solid tri-fold versus the soft tri-fold.

I have a TonnoPro on my 6.5'bed and a SuperGlide hitch. I've left it on a couple times while towing, but usually take it off because I'm concerned that there's not enough clearance with it on. I don't recall specific measurements but believe I have ~7" of clearance to the rails, and only ~4" on turns over the folded up TonnoPro. I'd like to leave it on when I tow but am concerned that a tight turn into/out of a steep drive (like at a gas station) might be a problem. I'll be watching this thread to see what others say, as I said I'd love to leave it on while towing...

I don't have a 5ver, but I have an Extang Solid Fold. I love it, but I'm not sure if it would get in the way of the hitch. What it does great is that you lose no bed space what so ever, it requires no hardware to install, and it can be installed or removed in 5 minutes. One drawback is that it is a bit heavy. I take it off and put it in the trailer when we haul our bikes.

Although I do not have a 5th wheel, I do have one of these. The Retrax one. I really like it and it keeps moistures and dust/dirt out
