I would be careful adding weight to the TT frame where it stresses the most.
If I did try this idea, I would only transport it there . I would never run it at that location. Isn't there a 30 ft warning (Honda) to run the genny away from where you are living ? I would be concerned about exhaust fumes being that close to the TT. RV underbellies ,doors and windows are not quality products.
In a MH, the genny is mounted by the mfg. and vented correctly as per codes.

A generator is not intended to be used on a TT frame. You'll have no defense. Remember the rodeo cowboys that died while sleeping in their TC . The genny was running on a rear bumper mount.
