Just to be sure (as it might clear up confusion), was your 5,320 the entire trailer weight, or the weight on the trailer axles while connected?
If that is only the TT axles, you are likely closer to 6k for a total trailer weight.
If that is the entire weight, however, I agree that it is surprising that it would be so close to the dry weight - but the scale is the only truth-teller.
