Tongue weight with weight distribution hitch...

I was wondering if that was the true tongue weight. But if it's not, which measurement is the one that's important for preventing sway? Or am I misunderstanding these posts? I admit I'm skimming in the middle of family time in the TT.

Anyone use those Weigh Safe products?
