I have a good sized tool box in my truck that doubles as a step, it has a pull handle and wheels, made of plastic, with a few trays. I have used it a few times, but many family and friends camping have been relieved I had it. A few things I always keep and come in handy:
various screw drivers, a socket set, a mallet, hammer, duct or gorilla tape, tie wraps, cord/rope, small bungie cords, extra pins & D rings for tow set up, WD 40, cordless drill/screwdriver, utility knife/box cutter, misc fuses, misc screws/nuts, and some things I'm forgetting.
