Tools you pack along in your TT?

In the TT: A small floor jack, a shovel, wood blocks, multimeter.
I carry all my automotive tools with me in the van. Not a giant collection of tools, just what I've come to need over the years for simple repairs such as the alternator swap during last year's TX coast trip (what a way to spend a vacation day):

Cheap LED headlamp. Have several scattered between truck, trailer, tooboxes.

One item that no one has mentioned is an infrared thermometer. They can be had for around $60 and are a great tool to check for an overheated wheel bearing.

Drill/Impact driver with assorted sockets and bits & charger (don't forget the charger) also lug nuts and jack wrench are 3/4" socket
Large and small versions of
screwdrivers (Phillips & slotted)
Channel Lock pliers
Needle nose pliers
Adjustable (Crescent) wrenches

zip ties
strap wrenches

Plus assorted bolts, nuts, washers, screws, super glue, stick epoxy

Duct Tape and WD40

If it moves but isn't supposed to, use the duct tape
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40

A big part of those already listed + a supply of fuses for the truck and trailer...learned that the hard way. If we're going on an extended trip there is usually one of the small air tanks tossed in....think there is also a tire repair kit somewhere in there. Moving all our stuff from our ROO 23SS into the new TT, DH has found that he accumulated quite a pile of duplicate things, so that is also being sorted out. Trust me on the fuses....Auto Zone closes at 9:00 and thank goodness there was a Walmart nearby.

I think spare parts are more important than tool. You can always borrow a little used tool from someone. I carry spare bulbs(interior & exterior), fuses, Flair-it plumbing connectors, extra shore power cable, extra water hose, hose repair kits, spare propane regulator, both types of thread tape, butyl putty, GFCI outlet, electrical connectors, extension cord

Hammer, changeable head screwdriver, 2 adjustable wrenches, pliers, level,tape measure, scissors, tape, Velcro. That's about it. If I need anything else I'll buy it on the road.

You name it DH carries it or he will make a special tool if needed.
