Maybe someone asked already, but is there a hardware store between your place and the NL dealer? Seems like a wasted trip if you pass or come close to one on your way to pick up your new TC.
Yes, there are a number of hardware, and other stores, between my place and the dealer, and looking back on it now, that would have been the right thing to do. However, I had multiple things to do at the time, including driving to Idaho to pick up a new boat, and I wanted to get one project completed before starting another - but that's just me I guess.
As it turns out my "wonderful" dealer has been too busy selling RV's to other people this week, and hasn't had the time to squeeze me into their busy schedule, so I'm not scheduled to pick up my new Northern Lite until 3:00 pm tomorrow (Friday) afternoon. I can just imagine how that will go, with everyone at the dealership trying to rush to get everything done before leaving for the holiday weekend....stay positive, my friend.
