I agree. This happens with all products. I worked on vehicles since 65, taught mechanics for 33 years. It seems everything I work on I get wrong parts, missing or wrong hardware. I would have got 8 nuts out of my stock, jammed them together and went on my way. If you let this kind of stuff get to you it will eat you alive. They offered to send you the correct nuts or reimburse you. That is all they can do to make it right. Now if they said too bad that's your problem, then I could understand.
