The two hole thing doesn't solve my Chevy fuel door problem.
I had to swap the anchors left to right on mine in order to get an angle that clears the fuel door. With the left anchor in the left mount and the right anchor in the right mount, there was no angle at which the turnbuckle did not block my fuel door. Since it required two wrenches and several minutes to disconnect, this was not acceptable. By swapping the anchors I created a new rearward hole that cleared the fuel door and still gives me a good angle on the chains.
