I had the Superhitch with 48" extension on my last rig which was on a 2001 Silverado 3500 DRW Duramax CC (long truck) with a 2003 Arctic Fox 1150 Dry Bath. Big load and extending 48" I wouldn't going with anything other than the SuperHitch but it's a heavy beast. That truss must have weighed well over 60lbs and since I loaded my TC on an angle at my house I couldn't put the truss on until after loaded and pulled onto driveway. Better have a strong back and core if you have a similar situation. My current rig I only extend 24" so have the Tow beast and it's a ton easier/lighter and plenty capable at this length.
