They worked with me beyond expectations when I had a new model they thought they had checked out. We sent numerous emails and pictures back/fort to work out a new design which they shipped overnight. Being an engineer with fabrication experience, I was able to provide detailed pictures and measurements to rectify the problem.
They are slow with the new models because they have to have each vehicle brought in to test fit on. If you are in the area, they will usually do the install for free if your particular model hasn't been tested yet. And even the same model has slight variation which they have to deal with.
Torklift follows rv net. I figure they will read this thread. This will give them a heads up. I had all ready let the tech guy know I was a little disappointed that there was nothing matching my truck. That was a couple months ago.
