torn between 2 TT floor plans - toddler's parents need help!

Think ahead. Will you have another child? One more, two more???

And how long do you keep things? If you hang on to stuff vs buy/sell every few years, then not only consider your single child today, but the friends they will want to bring along when they are 8-13+ years old.
