I like my Springdale, but yes, it is an entry level model. It's light weight and may not be as well built as other trailers, but it has been a good first trailer for my family. We haven't had many issues with the Springdale, and about anything that came up we were able to fix ourselves.
Because Springdale is a Keystone product, there are plenty of parts and service centers around for them.
For the record, we are on our forth summer with our trailer. In 2014, we camped 18 nights. In 2015, we camped 28 nights. In 2016, we camped 32 nights. So far this year, we have camped 15 nights with many more on the books. Our trailer sees some use and is holding up well.
