Most today don't know what this is about...ditto locking hubs...ditto 4x4 lock
either high or low...
I also see to often newbies giving way too much throttle in compound low/lock.
busted something very soon...if on good traction surface
Auto-hubs...yuk...
Gave up...with the new all one assembly front hubs...can't find any maker that
has any kind of 4x4 front hubs.
Have on file several HOW2's to install a disconnect switch for the front diff
4x4 locking mechanism. That way can have compound low on pavement for maneuvering
in tight places
Spent my youth mostly in the north end...Kennedy Meadows was departure
spot. Park the MGB in the parking lot, buy my provisions at the store
and they'd watch my car... Off roading on the other side...Calif
side they didn't like 4x4's in there
