WOW I replied to the question to me before I read your post and I guess you and I were on I-80 the same day back in 2004. I didn't remember all the exact numbers and was doing my best at remembering. A lot of the winds along I-80 are not always cross winds, but that one day when they were was as I said a horrendous day for towing.
