Sounds like gmw has some good advice. Go to the RV shows and see what is available. You may get some new ideas. If you find a salesman you like and think you can trust (they don't all lie) give him your contact info. They may take a trade that is just what you are looking for. I recommend you get a trailer that has tandem axles. That second axle can be very handy if you get a flat tire; it's much easier to safely get off the road. Happy shopping and don't give up. There is something out there that will fit most of your requirements.
