The specs I find for your van indicate the track width (tread width) is 68". 78" is your total width. For shopping tow dollies, you generally want to go by track width.
That said... I think what you need is a steerable tow-dolly. Turntable tow dollies send the fenders towards you vehicle during turns, while steerable tow dollies turn in place (the wheels turn just like the front wheels on your van).

RoadMaster also makes a steerable tow dolly. Their website isn't near as informative but they are local (Vancouver) so you could probably drop in.
