When we purchased our TT we got 12 months of towing assistance as part of the deal. It is now expiring. I was going to get the Good Sam towing service until I noticed that in the fine print I would be authorizing them to charge my credit card for any amount they deem appropriate to renew in subsequent years with no further notice or authorization from me.
I don't think I want to give Good Sam unfettered access to my credit limit. I've also looked at Coach-Net but their web site seems to be pretty vague and wants you to fill out a form and wait for a call back.
Anybody have any information about other services?
I have had GS ERSS for over 20yrs.
1. It is an option to have "auto Pay" but not required. I have auto pay so I don't have to worry of allowing my RSAP to lapse and not have coverage when I am broke down. When you RVing for months at a time, it is not good to rely on your memory. I have auto pay 1 yr. at a time. You can have auto pay for 3 yrs. which will also reduce your yearly premium.
2. Call GS Emeg. road side service directly to get your questions answered directly. Don't rely just on info you get on RV.net.
