Go shop around on the net for a 3/4 or 1 ton truck. It's really hard to find any without a diesel motor. Not everyone is buying those just for towing. Most are buying them for double duty like you will. I'm going on 4 years with my 12 Ram 2500 CTD. Only issue was a dirty EGR valve that I cleaned myself. I DD it all year and mines the worst of them with emissions and no DEF.
