I plan on driving with all tanks empty (except for the propane which i probably need 1/2 full)
Not sure which is the lesser of two evils - pushing the limit on the tongue weight or the total payload.

The 14RB was about 2700 lbs loaded (right around its limit) and tongue weight would vary between 350 and 390. I've had my cargo trailer tongue up to 430 lbs without any detrimental impact on the HL. I put 140,000 towing miles on that HL (work and play combined) out of 185K before selling it.
