Do you think the MEGA CABs are exceeding their original GVW ratings? I'd say that company is more concerned about the liability than I would be on a one off I did for myself. I like how my 02 F350 7.3 handles but based on the Video above... the 04-07 handle much better without any mods BUT that does not address the payload issue. Assuming the rear suspension on a 04-05 EX is the same as the 99-03 F250/350 then increasing the rear payload is very easy. My PU is actually a 02 F250 with the camper package that gives it the extra rear helper spring and a sway bar... the only difference from a F350.
