If you find a good 6.0 you will be very happy with the towing ability. I do not have a TT, but I had an '07 F350 6.0 that towed my 35' 5er great for many miles, over Colorado mountain passes multiple times. No problems with it. Traded it for a 2012 F350, not because of any issues, but because I made the mistake of browsing the new truck lot when in for routine service.
