Does anyone have any suggestions aside from autotrader and eBay for looking nationwide? I occasionally use Craig's list to look locally. Would be interested in other local strategies too.
I used AutoTrader. You can create a search, save it and have it email you when a new listing is added. I also searched heavily on CL and ebay. Even looked at a couple rust buckets. It took me a couple months, but finally found one listed thru AutoTrader by AmericanAutoBrokers(good experience) in San Antonio,Texas(where salted roads don't exist) with under 100k miles. I had it shipped to MI for about $1K. It sits quietly next to my TT inside the polebarn waiting for spring.
