Oh it will be weaker after straightening. True it was bent when it was made, but that was done under very controlled conditions... Something that will be impossible now that a truck is on the frame... Will it be weakend enough to be a problem... Who knows. It would likely be fine if you didn't tow or tow heavy. But for your use, I would not accept such a repair.
