I think the OP now knows that towing with what he has, is going to fit his needs. He has a capable truck.
I do have to chuckle at that "towing with what I have". I see many weekenders in our local CG, and SPs, that are towing with what they have. Boy, do I see some mismatches. It makes you wonder how they got the 5-10 miles to the CG. I know everyone that wants to enjoy the family camping experience, can't just go out and purchase the proper TV. Thankfully, I never read about any accidents in my area, due to overloading.
