PS: It looks like all the Quigly vans are limited to 10k max towing:(
10K limit on the Ford vans is due to the stock receiver, which is easily upgraded. GCWR with factory 4.10 gears is 18,500 pounds. The identical powertrain in the E450 is rated for 22,000 pounds. I installed a 20,000# receiver on my van, and tow 12,000 pounds regularly and up to 18,000 in occasion.
The Chevy vans have a 17,000# GCWR with the DuraMax, probably because it is detuned to 250 hp.
BTW - I Quigley may have been building 4x4 vans the longest, but that doesn't mean they are the best anymore. QuadVan, U-Joint, and SportsMobile all have better 4x4 packages (QuadVan uses a full stock Ford front end, SMB and UJoint use leaf springs) that handle better on and off road.
