OP... Is you 39ft trailer a Park Model by chance? If so, you may run into some issues with the trailer holding up to that much travel. Local is probably ok. But thousands of miles per year on a trailer designed as a destination trailer "may" cause issues.
Just something to consider.
IMHO an Apex twin slide bunk house will be almost the same amount of space and it's 34 ft long. Twin slide out and it only weighs like 7700 lbs GVWR. Lots of vehicles could pull that.
